About the collections
The Fisk Forever digital archive features six key collections that capture the university’s history, culture, and community life. Commencement Programs (since the 1870s) record academic milestones; Art Festival Programs chronicle decades of artistic and intellectual exchange; Yearbooks (The Oval) showcase campus traditions and student life; and The University Clarion newsletter (first published in 1935) shares campus news, events, and visitors.
Together with rare photographs, historic publications, and special event materials, these collections preserve over a century of Black excellence, creativity, and leadership at Fisk University
